Scintillate - Tracy Clark Wow what a book. As soon as I saw the cover I knew I had to give this book my attention. Once I read the blurb I knew my heart was all in.

Cora is your typical teenager. She wants to live her life without the constraints of her father. After Cora gets extremely sick she can see things other people can't. Everyone has a colourful light around them ever changing with their mood. Her's however is silver, always. She's braver than she knows and pretty tough. She is determined to find out what happened to her mother and why her aura is so different. Sometimes she was a little too trusting of strangers.

Finn has something about him. It's like you're instantly drawn to him. For Cora he reminded her of the place she was born, the place her mother disappeared and the place she longed to return to.

Mari and Dun were extremely good friends. I really liked them Dun had this way about him that made you smile.

Giovanni was this interesting stranger who like Cora also had a silver aura. She was instantly drawn to him, knowing that he could know the answers to the questions she fiercely needed. I liked him but I think he's holding something back. There's something he's not telling Cora and I'm intrigued to know what it is.

I had guessed bits of the book before they happened, but I was still shocked by the plot twist. I had olny half guessed it. I had not been prepared for the road it would take. I really enjoyed every page of this book. I devoured it quickly and I honestly cannot wait for the next one.
